In our constant quest to simplify retail operations, our latest software update features a pair of new integrations for our hardware and pharmacy clients. 

The Farmers Co-op Society (FCS) integration allows clients to easily track accounts receivable, update customer accounts, and add new customers through Paladin Point of Sale. 

We have also added Micro Merchant Systems to our already vast collection of pharmacy integrations. The new integration allows Paladin to add prescription information to an invoice by simply scanning a barcode.  

They will be available when the latest version of Paladin is released in your region. 

Monthly Statements Reminder 

The latest version of Paladin, which is now rolling out across the country, makes running month-end statements automatic. The new process enables you to schedule a time for the statements to process overnight so they are ready to be printed or emailed the following day.  

The benefits are: 

• Speed – The printing and emailing of statements will be faster since the statement processing occurs automatically overnight.​  
• Reliability – The statement run is more reliable and stable by removing the printing function from the process.​ No more potential printer problems that can compromise the statement run.​  
• Flexibility – The ability to print either in alphabetical order or by account number order. 

This new process is free and will be automatically activated in your Paladin software when the new build is released in your region. Learn more on the portal
