Paladin People – Justin Baggett
Justin Learns Quickly, Teaches Thoroughly
Justin Baggett, one of Paladin’s talented technical support representatives, is what you’d call a quick study. He’s only been with Paladin for a matter of months, but he’s already earning praise for his work as one of the company’s talented technical support representatives.
Justin Baggett – the last name is French, and the phonetic spelling is BAJ-ət – is an Oregon native – born in Klamath Falls and raised in Bend. He graduated from Mountain View High School and studied mathematics at Central Oregon Community College and Southern Oregon University in Ashland.
Before joining Paladin, Justin gained valuable experience in the high-tech industry, working in quality assurance for QuoteSoft, a division of ConstructConnect. QuoteSoft specializes in HVAC, ductwork, plumbing, and piping software.
At Paladin, Justin is part of Squad 2, which handles inquiries about Paladin software. “We help customers understand the benefits of Paladin’s functions and how it can enhance their businesses,” Justin explains. He emphasizes that his role is more about educating users than merely fixing problems. “By teaching clients how things are done in Paladin, we can prevent future issues.”
Justin’s ability to quickly grasp Paladin’s workings and his gentle approach to sharing that knowledge have made him popular with both clients and his supervisor. “Justin is talented and fun to work with. His positive attitude is a tremendous asset to my team,” says Joe Walker, Squad 2 lead.
Outside of work, Justin and his wife, Nicole, have known each other for nearly eight years and recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary. They enjoy spending time with their pets: Milo, a mini-Dachshund; Ellie, a Shih Tzu; and Jake, a beagle-Jack Russell mix.
Justin is also a foodie with a particular fondness for Korean barbecue. He credits his Paladin teammates for his quick assimilation into Paladin.
“It’s been incredibly supportive here,” he says. “Whenever I need help, whoever I approach they’re willing to help.”
