Ethan is Helping Build Paladin’s Latest Innovations
Ethan Hernandez-Haga grew up in Colorado summiting some of the Rockies’ highest peaks. So, it’s probably not a surprise that after graduating from Arizona State University “with a focus in full stack development” he’d take on another challenge – joining Paladin Data Corporation to further build its extensive development department.
Ethan joined Paladin about a year ago, as the company was expanding its team of developers in Chandler, Arizona. With a fresh bachelor’s degree in software engineering from ASU, he’s been instrumental in developing Paladin’s latest features and integrations, including PaladinShop and several Ace Hardware sales systems. His enthusiasm and skills have earned him high praise from his supervisor and colleagues.
“Ethan is the newest member of the dev team, yet he jumped in and quickly made himself a very valuable member of the team. He’s a fast learner and volunteered for the challenge of one of our most complex areas — Ace sales, where he has done a great job adding features and fixing bugs. He has done very well with each area of our system on which he has worked,” says Nathan Dolly, Paladin’s Software Architect and Ethan’s supervisor.
Ethan, who grew up in Southern California enjoying the beaches and the ‘original’ Disneyland, moved to Gunnison, Colorado, where his love for the outdoors grew to include the Rockies. Mountaineering, rock climbing, cycling, and snowboarding became part of Ethan’s interests.
Today, Ethan focuses on his family—wife Briana and daughter Aurora—and his work. “I receive mentorship in all my projects and appreciate the professional and personal development that Paladin offers to its team. Paladin is a family-oriented company, and it is reflected in everyday interactions and support for their clients and employees,” he notes.
